Most of our clients come from word of mouth through our clients.  Our services are very sensitive to individual needs.  We also receive referrals from attorneys, psychologists and schools.  Networking hasn't worked as well for us. Think outside the box.

It's all about relationships.  Build a relationship, solve someone's problem.  This doesn't change with the current crisis.  I built my business with $200 in my dining room 35 years ago.  I solved families education problems and they referred other families to us.  Trust is the key. I think one of your challenges is the private pay market right now.  Many people aren't working and would opt to not pay for services.  Most of our business comes from the state and school districts.  Private pay is pretty quiet right now.  Good luck.  Zoom is a good source. I still think our customers are our best marketers.  Good customer service is the most important part of finding new customers.  Word of mouth works because our business deals so personally with our clients.  Social media didn't work as well for us.
