We provide an unbiased third-party perspective to help business owners work "on their business" while being involved "in their business". We use creative problem solving, play and various tools for full engagement and collaboration.
Here's what some of our clients had to say:
“We realized we hadn’t done a very good job in the past with change initiatives and we wanted this to be different. So we hired Gail to facilitate a change management session. The session was well received, the facilitation provided more collaborative input and outcomes.”
"We hired Gail to help us turn around our company. We had many problems, high-turnover, angry employees, angry owners, and we were losing customers left and right. She helped us collaborate better by learning how to communicate differently, work with each other more effectively, build goals and objectives and become more customer focused. As a result it has made it possible to get the company, and our whole team turned around and pulling together."
"I had a fantastic time at the "A SPA DAY FOR THE SOLE: REDISCOVERING YOURSELF THROUGH PLAY" workshop I attended yesterday! I now have living models of my hopes, dreams, goals, aspirations, strengths and weaknesses all built in LEGO Bricks!"
“We had an extremely dysfunctional process. No one talked to each other, no one knew what the others were doing, and the formats of the information caused huge problems both upstream and downstream. Gail developed and facilitated a workshop using her Six Sigma and LEGO Serious Play background which helped us see the end-to-end process, uncover our specific process gaps, and within 3 days of sharing this with the upstream and downstream process owners we were able to improve the overall process by 50%! Amazing work team and THANK YOU Gail for your help!”
I have worked in Corporate America for many years and I am extremely grateful for all of the experience and credentials I have earned along the way. However I found myself wanting to give back in other ways. I took some 'mindfulness' time and began developing my own business plan for a small business consulting firm.
My research shows many small business owners are very good at "what they do", and not so many are good at formulating a business growth plan or planning for work-life-balance.
I believe my experience, knowledge, skill sets and network of professionals can help business owners plan and execute on their dreams for the future, particularly the business owners who say, "I'm not sure where to start."
I recommend giving me a call for a free one-hour consultation, let's see if I can help or if I can refer you to someone in my network.
