Clayton Morris Real Estate, full service.
My ideal clients are a young couple renting month-to-month, looking to invest in their first home. They're both professionals, gainfully employed with long-time employers, they have been pre-qualified for a mortgage. Along with holding a solid deposit this couple has enough money to meet their obligations at closing. They love the real feel of West Coast living, my backyard and love yhe great outdoors. They like pets and are not currently working with a realtor.
