About Us
When I put paint on the canvas, I was intending on painting Emily Carr. Instead I saw myself in her journey. Fuelled by naivety and menopause, I quit my job, built my own elephant, packed up my poodle, and made my way to the woods to live and paint. My travelling art studio is a 1960’s school bus. I teach Art Hootenannies near Sooke BC.
