Quickbooks desktop version handles inventory very well and is quite user friendly. Quickbooks Online requires one of the higher subscription to get inventory, so it gets pricey if you don't need the online/access anywhere ability.

I would recommend finding a local ProAdvisor to help you set-up your company file, so it is set up correctly - I spend hours fixing a set-up that would have taken me an hour to do correctly... Whatever program you choose, get a professional to set it up for you and teach you how to use it.
