I’m Jenni, the publisher of two Stroll magazines 🏡 private, monthy, resident-driven newsletters produced in partnership with The N2 Company.
At its core, Stroll is about trust, relationships, and long-term visibility—not lead generation or transactional advertising 🚫📈. I work with a select group of values-driven business partners who understand that credibility inside affluent communities is built over time.

I became a Stroll Magazine franchisee in 2016 through The N2 Company, after seeing how powerful this model was in reconnecting neighbors and strengthening communities. My sister had been part of N2 since 2014, and witnessing its impact firsthand made it clear this work was about more than a magazine.
Founded in 2004, N2 was created to address the growing disconnect between neighbors. Today, it serves over 550 private neighborhoods nationwide, helping residents build genuine relationships where they live while supporting local economies rooted in trust and integrity.
That mission aligned deeply with my own values. I’ve always believed that when people feel connected, everything improves—including how business is done. Stroll exists to turn neighborhoods into true communities through resident-written publications, while thoughtfully introducing trusted local businesses.
Giving back is core to this work. Through N2 Gives, 2% of every sale supports efforts to prevent human trafficking.
