I coach small business owners to boost productivity, enhance employee engagement, and increase profits. With over 30 years of experience in developing people and improving productivity, I've recently focused on helping businesses achieve their goals and realize their dreams through strategic coaching.

I use a variety of tools, including DISC, CliftonStrengths, Leadership Practices Inventory, and Accelerated Profit Software, to address specific challenges and deliver quick, effective results. My passion is in helping others thrive, build better relationships, and lead more fulfilling lives.

How We Got Started

My journey into leadership and organizational development began 35 years ago, driven by a passion for helping others become better leaders. With a degree in Philosophy and a master's in Higher Education, I've spent three decades presenting workshops and seminars to students, faculty, and business professionals.

I'm certified in the DISC Model of Human Behavior, a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, and a Leadership Challenge Coach, focusing on unlocking potential and enhancing leadership skills. Recently, I've partnered with Focused.com to help business owners realize untapped profits through strategic, compounding methods.
