I worked in Corporate Accounting for many years and after raising children, working and attending college, I completed my Accounting & Finance degree. Very shortly thereafter my mother become ill and I tended to her concerns. Those matters revealed to me the challenges of planning for retirement & dealing with the upsets of when the unplanned becomes part of reality. Fortunately, I had my professional background to help navigate through very rough waters and that's when I asked myself, "what would this journey be like for those unfamiliar with finance, etc.?" I then decided to create a business that would leave others in a better position after we met. It is so absolutely rewarding to meet someone and leave them in a stronger position.
