Hi, That is a tough time of year! If you know your schedule I am all about scheduling in your workouts and keeping those appointments with your self, even if you are tired from standing.Try to get three workouts in weekly, and daily do some stretches and core work, push ups, lunges ect....for at least 10 mins.  Prioritize sleep, good nutrition, and stay hydrated so you can keep your energy up. The one nice thing is you know things will slow down again ! Good luck!!!
