Melody Beach has more than 20 years of experience as a Human Resources professional supporting, implementing, and executing all tactical aspects of human capital strategies. Her goal is always to increase organizational effectiveness in alignment with a company’s goals and objectives. She collaborates with key stakeholders, senior leaders and cross-functional managers, and coaches them in talent management areas, including performance management, training and development, total rewards and succession planning.
She draws on her experience working within corporate manufacturing for 28 years in multiple roles, including generalist, manager, business partner, facility security officer and executive assistant. She provided strategic business-level consultation to client departments on a broad range of human resources issues for more than 500 employees in four business sectors, across eight locations in North America.
