Hi, it really depends on the kind of business you have. I use to have an actual office location but when I closed the office I set up Mail Boxes, Etc and used the physical address and the box number as the suite#. This still works for me today, however, I now use USPS physical address and my box number as Suite#. It works perfectly fine for me because I am a small business and have no S&H, only letter mail or small boxes. For a business that is doing lots of shipping and receiving this will be a problem unless you buy one of the large POBoxes, but I do not think they have really large POBoxes for heavy volume. I have never used my home address at all as I think it would be very unsafe. They have small 1 room offices you can rent for under $200 a month. You may have to go this route. Good Luck!

There may be some co-workers throughout your life that you feel you can trust, but why take the chance. The fewer people know about your personal business, the better. Using customer service skills daily is not just for a job position, but for every day interacting with people. Hi, no I do not think that being busy means being successful. If you are a busy person always working on trying to brand and promote your business -- this is good, especially if you can see results. Some people are so busy with their hands in everything and cannot concentrate on completing one project. When multi-tasking you first need to finish the first task before starting on another. This way you will know you did your best. It's easy to procrastinate. In order to do a good job and be successful, finish your projects instead of having all your open projects stacked up waiting for your attention. This is frustrating and unproductive. This way you will not be so busy all the time and it will allow time for you to breathe and pull your thoughts together for the next task. This is also called "Time Management".
