I'm Natalie DeLeo, Marketing Director for the amazing team at Mortgage Resource Plus. As an active Realtor back in 1986, I always loved to refer a strong company and caring individuals to help my clients buy a home. That's when I would introduce my clients to Mortgage Resource Plus, and it was the best referral I could have given. As we segway into the 4 quarter I am personally finding a warmth among my meetings with others. Where new aquanitances or longtime friendships I have made, everyone is looking for support, the locking of arms with others on Alignable, the exposure of, "Who do you know that I would like to know?"...

Where new aquanitances or longtime friendships I have made, everyone is looking for support, the locking of arms with others on Alignable, the exposure of, "Who do you know that I would like to know?" the answering of burning questions without judgement or feeling like an outsider. Keep building trust among everyone you meet. Two great questions I try to get answered before I end a call is....
1- What is one problem you solve for your clients?
2- If your perfect referral partner walked in the door, who would it be?
Both these questions will give you a perspective of the people one serves and the partners one would like to get to know. Keep Aligning yourself and building those trusted relationships. Blessings everyone:)

We are vaccinated. We are located in a medical building. The building requires mask mandate. When you enter our office if you prefer and are wearing your mask we do as well. If client is fine and chooses not to wear a mask it’s fine and we have a large conference room as well so social distancing...

People give up on the new marketing plans too soon. Your excited about it, you know in your heart this is the one that will put you in front of your best clientele and then after a short period of time you give up. You have to give it time. Pick a handful of people you know, like and trust to...

People give up on the new marketing plans too soon. Your excited about it, you know in your heart this is the one that will put you in front of your best clientele and then after a short period of time you give up. You have to give it time. Pick a handful of people you know, like and trust to look at it and give their opinion. Testing this strategy, tweaking the frequency of it and looking at the true value that it brings to your audience, I believe sets the stage for a successful plan. Give it time but do not let it go stagnate.
