About Us

I'm a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in HVAC and Building Automation Systems — from technician to system integrator, from management to small business owner. I know the trades from the ground up, because I've lived every role in them.

In early 2025, a long battle with cancerous tumors led to the loss of my left arm — and with it, my ability to continue in the field. My 40-year career came to an abrupt end. But out of that loss came a new calling.

Here's what struck me: when you lose a limb, you can still "feel" it. Phantom sensations. Echoes of something that's no longer there.

Businesses experience the same thing.

Whether you're an HVAC contractor, a plumber, an electrician, a general contractor, or any small business owner, you may "feel" profitable because the phone is ringing and you or the crew are busy.
