I'm a bilingual (English/Spanish), queer, & AuDHD Limited License Professional Counselor. I specialize in working with trauma across the lifespan (ages 4+), mood & anxiety disorders, & providing therapy to other mental healthcare providers. I provide LGBTQIA+ & neurodiversity-affirming counseling, helping clients live as their most authentic selves. I particularly enjoy working with folks across the lifespan who struggle to feel accepted by themselves or their loved ones. I provide individual & family therapy at Heartstone Guidance Center.

I am also trained in & provide psychological evaluations for immigration purposes as a contractor with Mendez CAPS. I have completed dozens of evaluations & reports for individuals pursuing asylum or refugee status, 601 waivers, U-Visas, T-Visas, and VAWA.

My approach to any work I do is Person-Centered, to fully see, hear, and understand the person before me. As a therapist, I also use child-centered play techniques, Sandtray-Worldplay, ACT, & Feminist theories of practice. I am currently pursuing my Registered Play Therapist certification under the supervision of a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor.
