We do BBQ. We are trying new things on our menu, like BBQ Nachos. BBQ street corn and Smoked Mac and Cheese. It's been a lot of fun and I have met some interesting people along the way. But the part I like the best is weddings I love doing weddings. We will soon selling our rub and selling BBQ Sauce. By the way I started out building pits and I still do that. Sick burners off set pits. From 10 to a 1000 gallon I can do it.

I started out as a fabricator, building pits for people and got fascinated by Barbeque. Started learning to smoke then that worked into helping friends with weddings, to getting paid to do weddings. Well then I retired and started cooking full time.
