How We Got Started
Credit Fix JOE™ started with a simple mission: helping people we cared about break free from the weight of credit problems.
What began as support for friends and family became something much bigger. We saw how deeply credit affects housing, transportation, confidence, opportunity, and peace of mind.
That is why we built Credit Fix JOE™ around education, honesty, and real guidance.
Everyone deserves a second chance, and sometimes all it takes is someone willing to walk beside them.

Thanks for bringing this up! We’ve been using a third-party financing option through Denefits, and it’s been working out well for us. One of the big pros is that it allows us to offer our clients more affordable monthly payments by stretching the term out to about two years, instead of the typical six months. This has made it easier for our clients to manage their finances, which in turn has led to more consistent payments. On the flip side, one potential downside is that it does extend the payment period, so you might need to be patient when it comes to receiving the full amount. However, they handle all the accounts and collections, which takes a lot of the admin burden off our shoulders. Overall, it’s been a great way to make our services more accessible to our clients.
