In no specific order; is it more time with loved ones, more free time, health, money, a combination of all of them. Based on your question it appears you are measuring success by a dollar amount. I will caution you that if that is the only litmus test, the likelihood you will ever be satisfied is not very strong. Having all the money you can ever imagine does not necessarily make you happy as you may be missing out on a number of moments which can never be captured. I'm not saying one should never be highly motivated and based upon your question, it appears you may in fact fit that mold. I suggest you ask the question once again but be more specific in what your definition of "successful" actually is. There are a number of people like me who have been around the block a few times and can share with you the answer, but again, you will need to define what you deem as success.
