After many false starts, I found Club Pilates in Spring House. They talked to me and matched me up with the best private instructor based on my needs and preferred learning method. We are in the costumer services business in the form of Pilates. As owner I want a friendly and inviting environment for our members. In order to achieve that goal hiring friendly, "knowledgeable in the business" people with customer services experience is key. I want my employees to have fun at their job which members feed off of when they walk in the door. Members should look forward to a great Pilates experience. On the flip side when an employee does not meet those standards they will be let go. Any cancer in the workforce grows quickly.
