About Us

I have loved helping thousands of buyers and sellers make their moves throughout my 30+ years in the real estate business. For those experienced clients, I will be their guide for all the new and updated real estate and financial procedures/regulations. For the first-time home buyers, I will guide them through the entire process from start to finish. I always make myself available to answer my client's questions and strive to give them the best possible service they could expect. My legal background has always been a great asset to my business, and I've made many new and long-lasting friends throughout my career. I have numerous designations, including being a Listing Specialist, an Accredited Buyer Representative, a Relocation Specialist, a Certified Distressed Property Expert, as well as a Senior Real Estate Specialist. I enjoy presenting my aggressive and thorough marketing plan, as well as helping my sellers decide what the best possible listing price should be. BUYING OR SELLING? BETTER CALL BONNIE!

How We Got Started

A friend of mine told me that I would be a good realtor because of my bubbly personality and genuine love for people. The fact that I loved interior decorating and was not set on any career at the time made me decide to take the classes and get my license. The rest is history..........still loving it after all these years!

You simply need to get comfortable with it BEFORE trying to do a walk-through of a listed home.  And, if you do make a mistake, just laugh at yourself and treat it lightly. I would suggest my clients get at least two opinions of the condition of the roof by qualified roofing contractors and move forward accordingly after doing their due diligence.
