If you want to stand out from the million other elevator pitches, refrain from starting with the two words "I help..."

The man with the Land's Services and Events
It's because it's from another world - that of startups and investing. It's sort of invaded small business.
I would say something like " Do you wanna take the stairs or the Elevator" lol
