Carpet One is the Largest Floorcovering Retailer in the World. There are over 1400 locations across the United States, Canada, New Zealand & Australia. Carpet One is a part of a Co-op which gives us the advantages of being a Large company but we can service you at a local level. Carpet One of Northwest Arkansas is owned by Gary & Tracy Brown. We have been in business here in NWA for over 27 years. We, Carpet One of NWA, have had the honor of being voted "Dealer of the Year" (out of 1400 locations) in the year 2000 along with being voted "Best of the Best" for the past several years consecutively.

I changed flooring companies back then because they kept sending bills for repairs on a floor they installed. Dependability and consistency were more important than the lowest price. It worked out well for me.
I tell my customers we have the best warranties in the flooring business. And we back them. We do the things nobody else wants to do. We also have the best interest free financing if that helps.

I always look them in the eye and tell them the truth! I load them up with as much information as possible on whatever product they are interested in. Knowledge and honesty are power when dealing with the retail public.
