Southern Tradition REal Estate was founded in 2016 by Ben Israel a Real Estate Veteran of 25 years. Our motto is to do the right thing in the right way for the right reason. All types of Real Estate including Residential, Commercial, Farms and Ranches and Industrial.

How We Got Started

Starting over after the depression in 2008 we are now rebuilding what was lost through a new real estate company. We have the experience and knowledge to do that.

Sam Walton said that in order to get referrals u have to do far more than the client/customer expects.  if u meet their expectations they will most likely not refer.  if u fail their expectations they may tell as many as 20 people.  if u  exceed their expectations they may tell 5 about u. There are some courses like Dale Carnegie that help those that are introverts feel more comfortable when starting up conversations.  Personally I carry my business card with me all the time.  If I walk into an environment where there are people I say "there has to be someone in this room that... (more) There are some courses like Dale Carnegie that help those that are introverts feel more comfortable when starting up conversations.  Personally I carry my business card with me all the time.  If I walk into an environment where there are people I say "there has to be someone in this room that needs to buy or sell some real estate".  Most of the time it gets a laugh from those that are there.  Several times though someone takes my card and then a portion of those call me.  If you are uncomfortable talking with people then like maybe someone else said it may not be the best place for your efforts that is engaging others in conversations.  It may be that social media provides a better platform in getting your message out than personal conversations.

Most buyers have a relationship with their lender before they come to see me.  However if they do not I generally give them a list of folks I have dealt with before that have been successful in getting loans approved. Do more than is expected for your Clients when you represent them.  If you fail to meet expectations they will tell a lot of people, if you meet their expectations they will not refer, if you exceed what their expectations were then you have a referring Client.
