I have over thirty five years in healthcare, retired in 2015, and began businesses I love. I am an executive leadership coach, employee retention specialists, change management, and mergers and acquisitions. After selling my franchise to a local groomer, I continue to help other who want to be a Zoomin Groomin owner, to assist with franchise development in NWA, KC, and Chicago.

I started my consulting company in 2015 focusing on M&A, team optimization, and women leadership. I design a process called Diagnostic Design Thinking, (www.diagnosticdesignthinking.com) a leadership development company to rewire how leaders think for best business results. I also continue franchise development for the KC, NWA, Chicago Lake and Dupage counties in Chicago. I built and sold my franchise, Zoomin Groomin end of 2024, a very successful franchise serving the Springfield and surrounding area. I am passionate about employee retention and it has to start with the leader first and then an awakening for what employees need in order to stay.
