"I have known Lora Newman for many years and have consistently turned to her for equine coaching support for myself and my company. Her guidance has brought remarkable insight into the strengths and challenges within our organization.
At first, I didn’t fully understand the value of the horse-to-human interaction in coaching. But over time, I’ve come to appreciate the incredible depth of awareness and learning that emerges through this powerful experience. Lora has helped me and my team grow in ways I couldn’t have imagined.
Thank you, Lora, for the impact you’ve made!"

Be vigilant of your body position on the screen - in person body language is easier to read than the delay time of video. You want your upper body visible so your body language can be seen and create congruency in the communication process - developing trust with your audience.
What is in your background? Is what is visible around you distracting to your audience? There have been a lot of funny and some not so funny Zoom Bombs with family members walking through in underwear and such.
Finally, I am being cognizant of the Zoom fatigue on eyes and brains. The delay in video along with staring at a screen for extended periods causes excess fatigue on eyes and brain. Zoom is new and attractive, and needs to be used efficiently. I have cut back on the amount of video streaming for this reason. My vision and mental fatigue were increasing which decreased productivity for me. If there is something more in the question that I didn't answer here, I am happy to address further questions.

Interviewing is a multi-faceted dynamic. Getting the right person in the right seat is the goal. It is imperative that you read between the lines. Do the time lines match? Do their answers contextually match what is on the paper? What is your gut telling you?
What do they value? Does that align with the company values? Check out their social media to learn more about them.
Assessments can also open up questions and conversation around their resume. I always recommend talking to colleagues in your field to gain their experience - run things by them after the interview. Getting outside perspective can often clue you into finer details.
