Robin Rovick is a Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT) and academic tutor using the Orton-Gillingham (OG) approach in her work with children and adults who struggle with reading and writing challenges. Robin is a Level IV trained OG specialist with thousands of hours of tutoring experience, and has advanced training in several evidence-based remediation programs. Robin has served as Vice-President of the International Dyslexia Association (IDA-UMB) and as board member of Orton-Gillingham of MN (OGM), two non-profit organizations dedicated to supporting individuals with dyslexia and related language-based learning disorders, and as well as training teachers, parents, tutors, and therapists in the Orton-Gillingham approach. Robin has provided structured literacy remediation at Groves Academy through their outreach program and has a private dyslexia therapy practice. Robin is passionate about supporting families as they navigate through the journey of dyslexia and other reading disabilities, as well as supporting other professionals in providing effective reading and writing instruction to students struggling with reading, spelling, and writing deficiencies.
