I have a couple of unusual incidents. I showed a house with 37 cats in it. My client was extremely allergic and had to sit in the car. Meanwhile, his girlfriend and I walked through. It was one of the cleanest houses I have ever shown and there wasn’t any smell what so ever. It was shocking to see that number of cats. She was breeding cats and had one bedroom turned into a “cat nursery”. Some of the mother cats had litters of kittens. Still, I was amazed at the cleanliness of that home!
