Balnafad is a construction and development company working in the northeast Avalon. We construct new homes and carry out home and office renovations. We also sell building lots.

We started doing renovations for the first few years - mostly from public tenders but some private work. We bought a large tract of land in Kilbride in 2003 and developed the building lots and over the following years built over 200 new homes.
