Neither. Are you a veterinarian? You logo says dog. As a designer, you should know that as with a logo, a billboard, and ad, etc. you only have two seconds to 'read' the image. You logo image says, 'dog'. And the script text gets more confusing because it has a double cap 'S' and the and abbreviation along a second sans serif typeface. To me, and that's an opinion, it's visually 'noisy'.
