Not sure yet how it will effect me. I’m in the residential rental business, and when government announces a no eviction policy ,that is concerning. I’m already hearing from tenants ,and the tendency from some seems as expected. A right not to pay, yet I’ve heard nothing about government reducing property tax etc.during this time. However the lower interest rates are a positive. Just wondering how other rental investors are handling this.
