It depends on what you mean by expert. An expert isn't just credentialed (I know CPA's who can't use a copy machine). An expert is an individual with skill and experience that produces results. Although I am a CPA, it is the last thing you will find on my profile because I want clients to understand and believe in what I can deliver based on my skill and not on a bunch of letters after my name. Ha! ...And I do all of it holistically!

Numbers don't lie so show them stats on how much savings they will have in time and money when they follow the new process, without sacrificing controls. Have crystal clear presentations to show them how it works. Tell them even the IRS accepts digital copies of invoices/receipts. If all that doesn't work, raise your prices.
