How We Got Started

Voices of Encouragement LLC began as a grassroots initiative, founded in 2010 from my home with a simple mission—to empower and support others.
Over the years, VOE has grown into a workforce development and virtual staffing firm, expanding our impact to support businesses and teams through consulting, coaching, and business process automation.

Today, we remain committed to helping organizations build stronger systems, empower their people, and operate with clarity and purpose.
