Distinctly Yours is a wedding planning company based in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. We serve Stevens Point, Wausau, Wisconsin Rapids, Marshfield, Waupaca and the greater Wisconsin area.

We build relationships with our clients to design a wedding that reflects each couples personal style.

Our mission is to help our couples enjoy planning the wedding just as much as the wedding day itself.

How We Got Started

After planning weddings part time for years at local wedding venue, I decided to open my own wedding planning company in 2010. I love how we get to be part of something so special and help engaged couples and their families truly enjoy and celebrate the commitment they make to each other. It is such an honor!

I would choose Valentine's Day. If I had to pick a holiday. However, I wouldn't personality chose or recommend a holiday. Most families have long standing traditions around Christmas. As wedding planner, I break up my service payments into thirds. First payment to guarentee the event date & getting started, then half way & final must be paid one month before. I tack on a 15 % charge as a late fee & all payments are non-refundable. I do state in my contract that service are... (more) As wedding planner, I break up my service payments into thirds. First payment to guarentee the event date & getting started, then half way & final must be paid one month before. I tack on a 15 % charge as a late fee & all payments are non-refundable. I do state in my contract that service are terminated after 10 days with no payment. To date it protected me from not getting paid for my work.
