As an attorney I have not used legalzoom and I take issue with a business using them. You will have complex issues even at the beginning and should consult with an attorney in most cases. I offer subscription plans for my business clients in an effort to make it affordable and have them feel comfortable that they have an attorney that they know personally handling their business.
