We have a live band socially distanced on our side of the teleconference.  We warm up the session with some musical introduction.  Teams identify themes and issues and discuss them.  Discussions are facilitated to support the outcomes and objectives you define.  There's a live collaboration between team members, our facilitators coach your teams, and a song is written in record time.  The FTM band then performs it live-streamed for you within your session.
