A part of the reason businesses use voice ai is for Google.  Google rankings for local are based on speed of reply.  Customers call businesses now 24/7.
 
AND there should be an easy way to transfer to a real human during normal business hours. :)   I've called many businesses where the AI was really bad and I do get frustrated too.
