Our move-in/move-out cleaning service is tailored specifically for landlords and property managers looking to present their rental units in pristine condition for new tenants. Whether preparing for a new move-in or tidying up after a move-out, we provide a detailed deep clean to ensure the space is spotless and ready for the next occupant.

Included in our deep clean:

Thorough cleaning of walls and baseboards

Wipe down and disinfect all light fixtures and switches

Interior windows and window sills cleaned and polished

Full cleaning of appliances (inside and out): fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc.

Kitchen: cupboards (inside and out), counters, sink, and backsplash

Bathroom(s): tub, shower, toilet, sink, mirrors, and all surfaces

Floors: swept, vacuumed, and mopped throughout

All tasks included in our basic clean, such as dusting, surface wiping

We charge a flat rate of $40 per hour, We bring all our own cleaning supplies and equipment.

* Severe pet messes will be an extra charge *
