For the past nine years we have been accomplishing this mission through preaching and teaching Prophetic Worship with the understanding of our Jewish Roots where we minister to the “Total Man"- Spirit, Soul, and Body. Our passion is to minister to Special Needs Children and their parents.

Prophetess Joan H. Rivera has been a member of Evangel Cathedral since March 1979. She was ordained as a Minister of the Gospel and released as a Prophet of God in 2006 by Bishop Donald D. Meares, Evangel Cathedral, Upper Marlboro, Maryland who is the Pastoral covering for this ministry. She has International Certification of Ministerial Credentials under The International Congress of Churches and Ministries (ICCM) since 2008.
