About Us
Hi there! I am a local yoga instructor offering all-levels on site yoga classses in the Mount Dora/ Tavares area! I strive to make my classes accessible to anyBODY. I've taught Paddleboard yoga and Aerial Yoga so whether its on the water, on land or in the air my classes are high energy, full of love and FUN! Being a Licensed Massage Therapist for over a decade, I'm a nurturer at heart and the love of helping people extends from the table onto the mat!
