I have been a Real Estate Attorney for over 30 years. I was the closing agent for U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Department from 1990 to 1994. And closing agent for REO World from 2008 to 2009 doing the closings throughout the State of Florida for Washington Mutual Bank before it was taken over by Chase. My staff and myself are highly qualified in dealing with various types of transactions, including by not limited to FHA/VA, FNMA and FHLMC Programs closings. Approved closing agent for the MAPP program, 1031 Exchange program, experienced with foreclosures and short sale closings and to all first and second mortgages on residential and commercial properties.
