The first impression is the lasting impression. I personally believe that sellers need to check the listing for accuracy as well as the pictures of their home. Buyers are turned off to listings that the pictures were taken with an iPad or cell phone. I know a few agents who are excellent... (more) The first impression is the lasting impression. I personally believe that sellers need to check the listing for accuracy as well as the pictures of their home. Buyers are turned off to listings that the pictures were taken with an iPad or cell phone. I know a few agents who are excellent photographers however I recognized early on that I did not take great pictures. I personally hire a professional photographer for all of my pictures. It is not a matter of money, I simply want the house to sell for the highest price.
