I have had the pleasure of representing buyers, Sellers and Lenders all across Massachusetts in real estate purchase and refinance transactions for over 19 years. I make sure I am available for my clients when they need me - not just 9-5. In refinance transactions I will travel to where it is most convenient for the customer. In purchase transactions I like to close at the Registry of Deeds so I can record the transaction and give the Seller their funds and the Buyer their new keys!
