Thank you for sharing this information, which should be helpful to people who have not had access to unconscious bias training previously. I haven’t seen the Microsoft training yet, so I can not give an opinion of whether I think it is a particularly good one. But it’s an important topic and worth checking out

It was mentioned in HBR article as an example of best practice - too often D&I initiatives can back fire. As far as elearning goes it’s definitely well designed …. Tho frankly I am not a huge fan of the medium. Free quality is a rare find, I’d encourage people to investigate further.
