Online, no doubt!    Cost effective, with greater control in reaching your target market of complementary consumers.  A great way to build brand awareness.   Let's face it, today's consumers are BUSY and they need to search for solutions to their needs/pain quickly.   Consumers base their decisions largely on the trust of others' opinions and experiences.   Therefore, online advertising is absolutely the way to go.    It has proven extremely successful for Immaculate Clean.     I do recommend partnering with a trusted local Online Marketing company who understands the ever-changing online requirements of all social media (Google, Facebook, etc).    As a busy business owner, I don't have time to manage our online efforts and so we have depended on a local Online Marketing company who has helped us to grow at a very healthy, steady pace for 15yrs and counting!
