We are at Cal Water Systems believe It’s OK not to have all the answers as long as you’re willing to look for the Correct answer for your client. Everyone regardless of what business you’re in if you don’t have an answer your Client/patient will appreciate you finding someone  That can help them, or simply just getting back to them with the right answer rather than telling them something that is not correct. 
How soon do you follow up with a client after your initial call?

For me it depends on what day of the week was my first contact with the client. for example: If my first contact was on a Monday no later than Wednesday I reach out to them and say something like I hope you are having a wonderful week if you have any questions... For me it depends on what day of the week was my first contact with the client. for example: If my first contact was on a Monday no later than Wednesday I reach out to them and say something like I hope you are having a wonderful week if you have any questions regarding the service or product please don’t hesitate reach out to me anytime.  If my first contact with My client was Mid week on Friday I reach out to Them and may say something like happy Friday I wanted to Wish you a wonderful weekend And let you know that if you have any questions you can reach out to me anytime I am available on the weekend as well, Have a good weekend. This works for me and I hope it works for All of you as well. I wish a wonderful weekend to everyone..

Hello It looks like you guys are doing great, going bigger means more work bigger jobs and more money but you’re right more headaches.It looks like you guys are doing well if you want to get bigger jobs all you need is a couple good leads that can bring you the extra work you’re looking... (more) Hello It looks like you guys are doing great, going bigger means more work bigger jobs and more money but you’re right more headaches.It looks like you guys are doing well if you want to get bigger jobs all you need is a couple good leads that can bring you the extra work you’re looking for.Unless you’re planning to buy somebody out who is planning to retire and all you need to do is supervise the work.I wouldn’t go bigger. To not get into a long story 10 years ago we were three times the size we are now, the money was good but the quality of time we have now you can’t put a price on it.. Hope this helps Be well.
