Branding is a must and honestly If you are getting new business than you are being seen. I can tell you with some degree of certainty that not everyone remembers where they saw your ad. I owned an ad agency for years and people would always say they saw my client's ad somewhere where it wasn't! In other words, they saw the ad but just didn't really remember where they saw it. I think that is really what goes on. You are making an impact with your advertising dollars it just isn't always mentioned when you get a new customer.
