Governor, to give you perspective on how your state government has negatively impacted my business/property, this is what you need to do.  1. Cut the state capital into two halves, by positioning a train station in the middle, then close the station indefinitely, hence isolating each half from the other.  2. Eliminate over half of the parking that has traditionally served the property.  3. Create and encourage homeless shelters and feeding stations  throughout the vicinity.  4. Order your customers/taxpayers to stay home regardless of their physical or financial health  5. Stop paying yourself and your staff indefinitely because there is no cash flow due to your being deemed nonessential.  

That's right Governor, shut down all government funding; default on all obligations; receive no financial assistance of any kind ( We have received nothing though we applied  for everything) and you'll know what's  going on down here.
