I've used many of the popular players. While MailChimp is limiting, I liked it better than Constant Contact and it was more cost effective starting out. I made the leap to Infusionsoft and really disliked the program and their customer service and sales practices were horrible. I switched over to Drip and like the integrations and the ability to create and see the workflows as you set them up.
