My love of leadership development started over 20 years ago while reading military history as a young man and refined through application across several industries: military, manufacturing, packaging and real estate. I met challenges with staff ranging from 2-90, union, non-union, foreign, and geographically separated. There is not much in the way of leadership challenges I have not successfully led through.
