Sometimes you do too good of a job on a smooth project the first time. Repeat clients eventually present a hurdle, which don't always have an easy solution. (more) Sometimes you do too good of a job on a smooth project the first time. Repeat clients eventually present a hurdle, which don't always have an easy solution. Expectations are different for a different project, however the initial slam dunk seems to set a tone for an unrealistic expectation that the subsequent projects will be exactly the same.  My challenge is always to reset expectations to reflect realities that are consistent with the new challenges presented.
