About Us

At Wellness Motivations, we believe in the importance of focusing on the whole person. As a medical professional, I motivate each of my clients to engage in self-care by responding to physical and emotional needs, not only by reacting to specific symptoms, but by reassessing his or her entire life-style, including eating, exercising, and sleeping patterns.
A healthy person is more productive at home and at work. We run a number of programs that can be brought to both the home or office. Our buisness program includes exercises and stress management techniques that can be done at work.

How We Got Started

I spent most of my career caring for and educating patients with cancer. The data about the impact that a healthy diet and exercise can have on disease prevention is overwhelming. I decided to work on preventing disease rather than treating it.
